1. General Rules

Before using 8l9 (referred to herein as "the platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you are required to read these Terms and Conditions in full. By creating an account or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

8l9 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of any changes will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on 8l9, the following conditions must be met. We reserve the right to verify your information at any time, and accounts found to contain false details will be terminated.

• Users must be at least 18 years of age. A national ID or passport may be requested at any time for age verification.
• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide your correct name, mobile number, and date of birth at registration. Providing incorrect details may result in your withdrawals being placed on hold.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• Transferring, selling, or gifting your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

KYC Verification Process

To ensure security, 8l9 may conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time. This process may require your national ID, mobile banking screenshots, or other supporting documents. Withdrawals may be delayed until KYC is completed.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Deposit

Withdrawal

• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

• Bonuses are valid for a limited time — any unused bonus will be forfeited once the expiry date has passed.

10. Account Closure & Termination

• In cases of illegal activity or suspicious transactions.
• In cases of bonus abuse or system manipulation.

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any valid balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
